Established on March 17, 1910 National Laundry has been serving the Great Falls area for over 97 years, National Laundry began as a laundry, offering shirt service and laundry washed and dried by the pound. From this beginning National Laundry has evolved into a full service textile company. Services include: laundry, dry cleaning, pillow service, alterations, leather cleaning, linen supply service, paper products, janitorial products and direct sales. Our linen supply services include: shirts, pants, coveralls, precautionary garments, lab coats, meat coats, aprons, various towels, table linen, dust mops, wet mops, entrance mats, logo mats, and air fresheners. Linens, uniforms, paper products, hand soaps, and janitorial supplies are available as direct sale items. Our operating plant is capable of laundering customer owned goods, including: hospitals, nursing homes, and motels. Together with associated plants; Missoula Textile Services in Missoula, Montana; and High Country Linen Supply Company in Kalispell, Montana; the HMN group provides services to most of Western and Central Montana.

National Laundry has a staff of 43 full time employees, operates 6 linen supply routes serving over 2,000 active commercial customers, and has 2 retail outlets in Great Falls. Other areas serviced by National Laundry include: Lewistown, Conrad, Choteau, Fort Benton, Wolf Creek, Stanford, Judith Gap, East Glacier, Browning, and Helena. Most of these communities have retail drop stores along with commercial linen service.

In April of 2004 National Laundry opened a state of the art 51,000 square foot production facility in Great Falls. The new facility sports automated counting equipment connected directly to automated billing equipment, this systems helps insure accurate linen counts are transferred to each customers account. After the sorting and counting process is completed soil linen is transferred in slings via overhead rails to modern washing and drying equipment. After washing and drying, the linen is then transferred via overhead rails to assorted processing departments and finally to the delivery route staging area. This system offers better efficiency and an ergonomically acceptable processing system. All of which leads to better value for our communities.

National Laundry is committed to help in the preservation of our environment. Our wastewater is monitored regularly. National Laundry uses an industrial laundry facility in Livingston to process our shop towels and printer towels so the waste from these products is not discharged into our local sewer. National Laundry uses Eco-Solv solvent in its 2-65 pound dry cleaning machines. These machines have been so efficient in the use of cleaning solvent that no solvent has been added to the equipment since they went into production in April of 2004. At National Laundry we subscribe to a professional service to dispose of the wastes from the dry cleaning process.

National Laundry is proud of our company, our communities, and our State. We will continue to be a very useful and important part of Great Falls and the surrounding communities. National Laundry supports numerous community groups with donations, both financial and in-kind trades.  We are always willing to go the extra mile and with support from our customers, we will continue to do so!!
